The room smelled of mold which gave me a headache, when I told the staff they offered to spray the room down masked the odder for about 3-4 hrs. Our last night at the hotel there was a big cockroach in the bathroom. I called the staff and they got it out

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel. The location is really good in the heart of the Sukhumvit district. You have pretty much everything you need a short walking distance from the hotel, and have 2 beautiful parks in the near vecinity. The breakfast is really good and the facilities and room and very good, i really recommend this stay.

The staff were super lovely and friendly as we walked in and out of the hotel and at the dining area. The complimentary breakfast we got was great and very convenient to start your day.

We requested a non-smoking room, but our room smelled terrible. The old carpet and the smoke bothered us. The location was horrible for family travel with the kids. Bars and clubs were everywhere as we walked out of the hotel. As a woman, I felt unsafe walking at night (after sunset) with the kids.

The shower went hot and cold. Not from the neighbors flushing the toilet. Then I remembered it was that way 4 years ago. I always tell the staff but doesn’t change.

Nothing significant

The room was well-appointed, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and the convenient location. The restaurant staff were wonderful.Both doormen were friendly and helpful. Dablu at reception is amazing - cheerful, professional and knowledgeable. It was so nice that the restaurant, the lobby and most of the pool area were nonsmoking.

Unfortunately, dishes at breakfast were not labeled correctly. Dishes were labeled 'vegan' and after asking a few questions, we were told they actually contained animal products. :( Hopefully Oli at reception will learn to like her job a little more in the future.

The restaurant staff were amazing! We didn’t get the room we requested at first, but the young man at front desk was able to rectify that. The view from the room, the rooftop restaurant and pool area were great.

Wish the minibar fridge worked better and drinks could have been cold. Would have been nice if there were more vegan options at breakfast.

Service around the pool area was slow and often dirty towels and glasses left behind and no one seemed to clear them away for hours

The location was great and the room was well-appointed. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and our room (on a high floor) had a wonderful view. We were so happy that the property is mostly nonsmoking so at the restaurant and most of the pool area we could enjoy a smoke free environment. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. The staff were amazing - the front desk staff, housekeeping and the restaurant staff were all helpful, kind and very professional.

It would have been more convenient if the labels at the breakfast buffet were more accurate. Each morning (we stayed 10 nights) we had to ask which dishes were vegan (plant/based). While the room was comfortable overall, there were a few tears in the curtains, the closet door didn’t close properly, and the desk and other furniture were a bit tired/old.

Good location for my purpose

I’ve stayed here before, so my experience was good on the previous occasion, however this time I got a room where the air condition was faulty, the fan was stuck only in low mode and the temperature control was not really responding. That caused my room and bed sheets to always feel wet or moist, not a very pleasant environment to sleep in. Upon my asking at the reception, they send a technician to fix it, however nothing improved at all.

Great location, good value, helpful staff

Location is excellent. Close to public transport. Lots of places to eat nearby. Rooftop pool to relax in. The rooms are clean and the staff were friendly.

Great location, very helpful staff, very clean, pool and gym are excellent we enjoyed our stay very much and would come back, you will not regret staying here.

The smell in our room and wing in general was very humid and the shower water would switch from extreme hot to extreme cold suddenly. Avoid rooms that are not facing the sun, you’ll find that they’ll smell a bit moldy. Breakfast is average, it had variety but a lot of deep friend and oily foods not great for breakfast but an omlette station is available
